摘要: 抑郁症是种常见的情绪性障碍疾病,研究者越来越重视抗抑郁功能食品的研制。本文就抑郁症产生的机制和食品中抗抑郁的功能因子作了综述。

Abstract: Depression has become one of widespread mental diseases. More and more researcher pay attention to seek functional food to prevent depression. The paper reviews the mechanism of depression and the functional components of the functional food.
