大球盖菇多糖对小鼠心脏抗氧化作用研究

摘要: 本实验通过大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulata)提取多糖对建立的CCL4和D-半乳糖致氧化损伤的小鼠心脏模型进行总SOD,Mn-SOD,MDA,GSH-Px几个主要抗氧化指标的测定,来模拟大球盖菇提取多糖对于受损小鼠心脏的修复情况。结果表明,对于CCL4损伤的小鼠心脏,高剂量的大球盖菇多糖具有较好的修复作用,对于D-半乳糖氧化损伤,中、高剂量的大球盖菇提取多糖均有较好的效果。

Abstract: The study had determined the total SOD,Mn-SOD,MDA and GSH-Px of the model of the mice hearts which damaged by CCL4 and D-galactose.The model based on Stropharia rugosoannulata polysaccharides,to simulate the restoration of the mice hearts which damaged.The results showed that the high doses of Stropharia rugosoannulata polysaccharides had a good repair to the mice hearts which damaged by CCL4,the middle and the high doses of Stropharia rugosoannulata polysaccharides had a good results extracted from a relatively good repair to the mice hearts which oxidative damaged by D-galactose.
