摘要: 以玉米蛋白粉为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取β-胡萝卜素,通过正交试验对影响提取率的主要因素进行研究和分析,确定β-胡萝卜素提取的最佳工艺条件为:夹带剂用量10%,萃取温度40℃,萃取压力20MPa,萃取时间150min。按此工艺条件提取β-胡萝卜素,提取率达88.70%。

Abstract: Corn gluten meal was used as material to extract β-carotene through supercritical CO2 extraction technology.The major affecting factors of the extraction rate of β-carotence were studied by orthogonal test method.The optimal conditions for extracting β-carotene are determined as follows:amount of modifier 10%,extraction temperature 40℃,pressure 20 MPa,and time 150 min.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate is 88.70%.
