一株里氏木霉产纤维素酶发酵条件的研究

摘要: 对里氏木霉产纤维素酶的发酵条件进行研究,结果表明:产酶最佳碳源为2‰麸皮、最佳氮源为(NH4)2SO4、培养时间96~120h、发酵瓶装液量60ml、培养温度25~30℃、培养液初始pH4.5~5.0。

Abstract: This study aimed to optimeze the fermentation conditions of Trichoderma reesei for producing cellulase.The results showed that the optimal conditions for producing cellulase are as follows:2‰ wheat brans as carbon source,(NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source fermentation time 96~120 h,liquid volume in 250 ml flask 60 ml,fermentation temperature 25~30 ℃ and initial pH value 4.5~5.0.
