桑黄菌原生质体诱变及发酵菌株选育

摘要: 对桑黄菌原生质体进行紫外线与He-Ne激光复合诱变处理,经过3代筛选,筛选出了5株变异株SJ1~SJ5。5株变异株都具有较稳定的遗传性,多糖发酵产量比出发菌株均有所提高,其中SJ4比出发菌株增产57.74%,表现最优,酯酶同工酶分析表明SJ4与出发菌株相比酯酶酶谱发生了变化。

Abstract: Protoplast from Phellinus igniarius was mutagenized with UV and He-Ne laser.Five mutant strains were selected after three passagings,which were SJ1 to SJ5 strains.The polysaccharide yields of the five mutant strains are higher than that of the starting strain.The polysaccharide yield of SJ4 strain is higher 57.74% than that of the starting strains,the highest.The SJ4 strain has good hereditary stability.According to esterase isoenzyme electropheresis pattern,the esterase zymogram of SJ4 strain is different from that of the starting strain.
