巴菲蛤壳和白碟贝壳酸解氨基酸及矿物元素成分的分析

摘要: 以巴菲蛤壳和白碟贝壳为原料,采用离子色谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测试方法,分别分析了两种壳中水解氨基酸和矿物元素种类及含量。结果表明,白碟贝壳水解氨基酸及矿物元素均为13种,巴菲蛤壳含8种水解氨基酸及13种矿物元素,为开发利用巴菲蛤壳和白碟贝壳提供了可靠的科学依据。

Abstract: The methods of high performance liquid(HPLC) chromatography and inductively-coupled plasmas atomic emission spectrometry were used to determine the contents of amino acids and mineral elements in the shells of Paphia undulata and Pinctada maxima(Jameson).Results showed that Pinctada maxima(Jameson) shell contains 13 kinds of both amino acids and mineral elements,and Paphia undulata shell contains 8 kinds of amino acids and 13 kinds of mineral element.These results can provide scientific evidences for the application and development of the shells.
