摘要: 采用了内压式中空纤维膜超滤装置对乳酸乳球菌乳亚种发酵液中胞外多糖进行超滤浓缩分离。研究结果表明:在操作压力0.08MPa,操作温度25℃的条件下,用分子量为50ku的膜超滤经离心除菌的发酵液,发酵液的体积浓缩了5倍多,而胞外多糖的含量从949.54mg/L上升到4790mg/L。

Abstract: The concentration of polysaccharide solution fermented by Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis with hollow fiber membrane ultrafiltration was carried out. The results indicated that the exopolysaccharide concentration in fermentation broth increases to 4790 mg/L from 949.54 mg/L under the operation pressure 0.08 MPa,temperature 25 ℃ and 50 ku molecular of membrane,and the volume of the fermentation broth is reduced by 5 times.
