翅鳞伞AS5.245胞内粗多糖抗肿瘤作用的研究

Antitumor Effect of Crude Intercellular Polysaccharide of Pholiota squarrosa AS5.245 on Mice with Transplant Heps Tumors in vivo

摘要: 初步研究了翅鳞伞AS5.245胞内粗多糖的抗肿瘤活性。从翅鳞伞AS5.245发酵的菌丝体中分离提取得到胞内粗多糖CIP,以KM系Heps荷瘤小白鼠为实验模型,用免疫器官重量法,进行高、中、低剂量CIP的腹腔注射实验。结果表明,CIP能明显提高小白鼠的免疫功能,具有较高的抑瘤活性,并表现出一定的剂量效应;中、高剂量组与空白对照组相比较,小白鼠所有脏器指数均有显著增加(p<0.05);低剂量组与空白对照组相比较,胸腺重及其指数有显著增加(p<0.01)。说明翅鳞伞AS5.245胞内多糖具有抗肿瘤和增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Abstract: Crude intercellular polysaccharide(CIP) was extracted from fermentation mycelium of Pholiota squarrosa AS5.245. The CIP was administered to KM mice with transplant Heps tumors by intraperitoneal injection at different doses,in order to investigate its antitumor effect. The results showed that the CIP could remarkably improve the immunity of Heps mice and inhibit the hepatocarcinoma Heps in mice. Furthermore,this effect is dose-dependent. Compared with control,medium and high dose could significantly increase the thymus and spleen indexes of mice( p < 0.05),while low dose could significantly increase spleen index of mice( p < 0.01). In conclusion,the intercellular polysaccharide of Pholiota squarrosa AS5.245 has antitumor activity and could improve immune function.
