榅桲果实中多糖含量测定及纯化

摘要: 用水提醇沉法提取榅桲多糖,应用分光光度法对榅桲果实中的多糖含量进行了测定。经苯酚-硫酸显色,490nm处测定,其多糖的含量为67.28%,RSD为3.08%(n=4)。该测定方法重现性较好,平均回收率为101.2%±3.54%,RSD为3.50%(n=3)。多糖浓缩液经聚酰胺柱纯化,脱色效果明显。

Abstract: Polysaccharides from fruit of quince was obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation. The content of polysaccharide was determined by spectrophotometry.The content of polysaccharide assayed by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry at 490nm,was 67.28% with3.08% of RSD (n=4). Recovery value for the polysaccharides assayed was 101.2%. The concentrated polysaccharides was purified by polyamide column and the results showed that decolorization was significant.
