普洱茶提取物对高糖作用下人胚肺成纤维细胞的保护作用

Protective Effect of Pu-erh Tea Extracts on High-glucose-induced Damage in Human Fibroblast Cells

摘要: 本研究采用丙酮、水、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇连续萃取普洱茶,利用柱色谱分离萃取物。研究结果表明,普洱茶乙酸乙酯萃取物的E2、E8组分,正丁醇萃取物的B2和B5组分具有很强的超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基清除能力,对高浓度葡萄糖作用下的人胚肺成纤维细胞HPF-1的损伤具有很强的保护作用。

Abstract: In this study, the Pu-erh tea was successively extracted with acetone, water, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. The extracts were then isolated by column chromatography. Our study demonstrated that both the Fraction 2 (E2 and), Fraction 8 (E8) from ethyl acetate extract, and the Fraction 4 (B4) and, Fraction 5 (B5) from n-butanol extract have strong superoxide anions and hydroxyl radicals scavenging activity. The four fractions showed above have protective effects against high concen- tration glucose-induced loss of HPF-1 cell viability.
