油茶粕中油茶皂苷提取纯化工艺研究

摘要: 本研究探讨了油茶粕中油茶皂苷提取工艺,经过单因素和正交试验,得到油茶皂苷最佳提取工艺:提取温度60℃,时间2h,乙醇浓度65%,料液比1:20。在此条件下油茶皂苷的提取率为10.79%,经SephadexLH20纯化后,油茶皂苷的纯度可达到95.58%。

Abstract: In this study, by single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum technological conditions for extracting saponin from Camellia oleifera Abel. are determined as follows: extraction temperature 60 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio1:20, total extraction time 3 h, and 65% ethanol as extraction solvent. Under these conditions, the extraction yield is 10.79%. By sephadex LH20 column chromatography, the purity of the saponin is up to 95.58%.
