正交试验优化酶法提取金银花多糖工艺

Orthogonal Array Design for Optimization of Enzymatic Extraction of Polysaccharides from Flos Lonicerae

摘要: 目的:研究纤维素酶法提取金银花多糖的最佳工艺。方法:以金银花多糖提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究酶用量、提取温度、作用pH值、提取时间对多糖提取率的影响。结果:纤维素酶法提取金银花多糖的最佳工艺为纤维素酶1.5%、提取温度50℃、作用pH值5.0、提取时间50min。结论:纤维素酶法可以明显提高金银花多糖的提取率。

Abstract: n this study, an orthogonal array design was applied to optimize conditions for the hydrolysis of Flos Lonicerae by cellulase for polysaccharide extraction. The effects of enzyme concentration, temperature, pH and hydrolysis time on polysaccharide yield were explored. The optimum hydrolysis conditions for a considerably enhanced extraction yield of polysaccharide were determined as follows: 1.5% of enzyme concentration, 50 ℃, pH 5.0 and 50 min of extraction time.
