薯蔓黄酮对SD大鼠降血脂作用研究

摘要: 利用实验性高脂血症大鼠模型观察薯蔓黄酮(FSPV)的降脂作用及对脂肪肝的预防和疗效。以高脂饲料持续饲喂大鼠8w,每2w采血一次,直接测定血清TC,TG,HDL-C含量,并由公式计算HDL-C/TC,LDL-C和AI值;采用石油醚索氏抽提测定肝脏中粗脂肪含量,石蜡切片、光镜观察肝脏组织形态学结构。实验结果表明:FSPV能极显著地降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TG,TC和AI,及升高HDLC/TC;还可极显著地降低肝脏粗脂肪含量,对长期高脂饮食所致脂肪肝也具有显著疗效。

Abstract: The hypercholesterolemia SD rats were experimented to observe the antilipidemic effect and preventing and curving effects of the fatty liver of FSPV. The experiment was lasted for 8 w. Taking blood every 2 w, and the TC,TG,HDL-C in the serum were assayed by reagent box, HDL-C/TC,LDL-C while AI was got by calculating. The raw fat in liver was assayed by Soxhlet extracting and the liver cells were observed by paraffin- slice observed under optical microscope. The results were as follows. FSPV could decrease TG, TC, AI and the raw fat content in liver and increase HDL-C/TC very remarkably. The fatty liver could be prevented and cured effectively too.
