柿叶挥发油提取方法及工艺条件研究

摘要: 本文采取搅拌回流法,探讨了从柿叶提取挥发油的方法及其影响因素,试验结果表明用95%乙醇作溶剂,温度控制在60℃下,固液比为1:15,分两次提取,第一次浸提2.5h,第二次1.5h时提取效果较好,提取率可达9.05%。所得浸膏具有特殊的甜柿香味,可用于食品、饮料、烟酒行业,是天然香料的一种原料来源。

Abstract: This paper studies the extraction methods and the affecting factors of the extraction of volatile oil from Diospyros kaki leaves by stirring method at the same time refluxing. The best extraction technological condition is the 60 degree and the ratio of solid toliquid is1:15 for 2.5h at the first extraction and 1.5h at the second by solvent of 95% ethanol.The concrete with sweet smell of Diospyros kaki could be a good spice used as a new perfume in food,tobacco, drink,ect.
