姜黄素对小鼠肝损伤的影响

摘要: 目的:研究姜黄素减轻酒精和脂肪导致的肝脏损伤功能。方法:30只小鼠被随机均分为空白对照组、模型组和受试物组。受试物组每天灌胃酒精和姜黄素液,给予高脂饲料。模型组每天灌胃酒精,同时给予高脂饲料。空白对照组每天正常饲养。4周后,检测被测试动物肝匀浆液的丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)指标及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)指标。结果:与模型组相比,受试物组的受试物组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活力均显著降低(p<0.05),GSH显著升高(p<0.05),血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、肝脏MDA指标无显著变化。结论:姜黄素具有减轻肝损伤的作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study on the reducing effect of curcumin on mouse liver injury caused by alcohol and fat. Methods: 30 mice were randomly divided into three groups, namely control, model and trial groups. The trail group was gastriclly administered with alcohol and curcumin plus high-fat feed. The mode group was administered only with alcohol plus high-fat diet to induce liver-damage. The control group was fed with ordinary daily diet. After four weeks, liver and serum were collected from tested animals. The MDA, GSH of homogenized liver tissues and the ALT, AST and LDH of serum were assessed. Results: In comparison with mode, a significant increase happened to GSH(p<0.05) but ALT and AST reducing (p<0.05) while MDA and LDH of trial group exhibited no significant difference. Conclusion: Curcumin can reduce liver injury.
