地蚕中多糖的提取与总糖含量的测定

摘要: 研究从地蚕粉中提取地蚕多糖的制备工艺,经多次实验,确定了浸提、多级醇沉等过程的较优工艺参数,并采用硫酸-苯酚比色法,以果糖为标准品,测定地蚕粗多糖中总糖的含量,地蚕粗多糖的提取率为85%,总糖含量为82.2%。

Abstract: The content of total polysaccharide in the coarse polysaccharide extraction from Stachys geobombycis was deteminedwith phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. The results showed that the coarse polysaccharide extraction could reach 85% and thecontent of total polysaccharide was 82.2%.
