摘要: 本文探讨了果蔬保鲜的几个关键因素,对纳米包装材料进行了概述。综述了纳米分子筛保鲜薄膜、纳米银保鲜薄膜、纳米二氧化钛保鲜薄膜在果蔬保鲜中的具体应用。纳米包装材料相比于传统的包装材料,对果蔬的保鲜效果明显,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: Some important factors of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping and nanometer packing material were discussed,and the applications of nano Ag,nano TiO2 and nano-active molecular sieve fresh-keeping film in fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping were summarized in this paper.
