乙酰丙酮分光光度法检测菌菇类及水产品中甲醛含量的研究

摘要: 采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法检测菌菇类及水产品中甲醛的含量。本方法采用试样低温浸泡预处理,加磷酸溶液蒸馏提取,且控制冷凝水温≤10℃,然后用分光光度法测定试样中甲醛含量。通过对检测条件的优化,甲醛的测定低限为0.1mg/kg。甲醛的加标回收率可达90%~111%,相对标准偏差为5.6%~8.5%。

Abstract: Acetyl-acetone spectrophotometric method is adopted to analyze the content of formaldehyde in mushroom and aquatic products.The sample is soaked in water at low temperature before adding phosphoric acid and distilling,and the temperature of cooling water is controlled below 10℃and at last the content of formaldehyde in sample is analyzed by spectrophotometer.Through the opitimization of the analysis conditions,the limit of quantitation is 0.1mg/kg,the recovery is between 90% and 111%,and the relative standard deviation is between 5.6%~8.5%.
