摘要: 经过大量试验,总结出果蔬MAP保鲜技术,论述了选膜这一关键步骤,以及MAP技术延长果蔬贮藏期,良好的护色,保持果蔬品质的效果。同时指出了果蔬MAP技术存在的问题。

Abstract: The technique of MAP Preserves fruits and vegetables have been got out after several years experiments.Thekey steps how to select film is demonstrated.The effects of MAP Prolonging shelf life and keeping good colormaintaining valuable quality of fruit and vegetable are showed.Some questions about MAP preserving fruit andvegetable are discussed here also.
