Mn(Ⅱ)-KIO-NAT-维多利亚蓝B体系催化光度法测定食品中的痕量锰

摘要: 研究了用氨三乙酸(NTA)作活化剂,锰催化高碘酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝B褪色的指示反应。该法选择性好,灵敏度达到1.49×10(-10)g/ml,线性范围为0.10-0.35μg/25ml。用于粮食中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:  A new indicator reaction is developed on the basis of manganese catalyzed oxidation Of victoria blue B by potassium periodate with nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator. The method has good selectivity, its sensitivity is 1. 49×10(-10) g/ml, and the linear range is 0. 01 ~ 0. 35μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the determination of manganese in foods with satisfactory results
