水蜜桃动态机械性能的试验研究

摘要: 根据水蜜桃的流变模型,建立了水蜜桃的单自由度受迫振动模型。在动态试验的基础上,运用该模型得出水蜜桃的基本动态参数:刚度、阻尼和共振频率。通过试验结果的分析,结合水蜜桃的损伤特点,为水蜜桃减损包装设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The vibration model of peach was established on the rehology model of peach. According to the dynamic test foe peach’s main dynamic parameters, stiffness, damping ration and resonant frequency, were calculated. Conclusions waral drawn after analysizing the results of peachis dynamic test and peach bruise property. The conclusions can be used to design packing system of peach to decrease the mechanical bruising.
