摘要: 比较了15种成膜剂,海藻酸钠复合膜剂易于形成光亮透明的薄膜,可用作食品的内外包装膜。

Abstract: A Comparison of the properties of fifteen film forming agents revealed that sodium alginate composite film forms glossy and transparent film readily and can be used as the inner and outer packaging film of foods.
