苦瓜适宜贮藏温度的研究

Study on the Optimum Storage Temperature of Bitter Melon

摘要: 从冷害引起果实呼吸强度和乙烯释放量异常升高的角度出发,研究了苦瓜的适宜贮藏温度,结果表明:6℃贮藏6天苦瓜发生冷害;11℃贮藏15天苦瓜果实表现出明显冷害症状;13℃贮藏15天苦瓜没有发生冷害,13℃是苦瓜的适宜贮藏温度。

Abstract: Fruits of bitter melon (Momordica charantiaL.) were separately stored at 6℃for 6 days and stored at 11℃for 15 days showed chilling symptoms with typical chill-induced respiratory and increaing ethylene production after being transterred to 20℃room fovtest.The optimum storage temperature of bitter melon was 13℃.
