儿茶素对动物血清SOD的影响

摘要: 探讨了儿茶素在不同条件下对小白鼠血清SOD水平的影响。结果表明:儿茶素均具有明显升高小白鼠血清SOD的作用(极显著高于对照2号),不同结合形式的儿茶素(游离型、脂质体型、胶束体型)经不同施用途径(灌胃、静脉注射)对血清SOD的影响不同,脂质体、胶束体结合型儿茶素升高血清SOD的作用优于游离型(P<0.05),静脉注射效果优于口服(P<0.05)。

Abstract: This article dealt with the effect of catechin on activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)of serum in white mice under different experimental conditions.The results showed that catechin could obviousiy enhance the activity of SOD in white mice (better than that of treatment NO.2)Different types of bound catechin(free types、 liposome- bound types and micelle- bound types)under diffrerent intake methods (intravenous injection and oral intake)led to distinct effects on the activity of SOD.The liposome- bound types and micelle- bound types demonstrated superiority of raising the activity of SOD to free types(p<0.05)and the intravenous injection better than oral intake(p<0.05).
