Abstract:

The fermentation process of col- active amylase production by LA7 was studied. Based on Logistic equation and Luedeking-Piret equation, the kinetic models for cell growth, cold active amylase production and substrate consumption were established, and the predictive values of models were compared with the experimental data. Results showed that they match well and the models are applicable in the cold-active amylase fermentation process.
