Abstract

Abstract:

Objective：To observe the effects of Sonid Bactrian camel fresh milk on tumor growth and immune function in tumorbearing mice. Methods: Different doses of Fresh camel milk was administered to H22. Abearing mice by gavage. Tumor weight and immune indexes of administered mice were determined to evaluate the effects of fresh camel milk. Results: The Sonid Bactrian camel fresh milk shows inhibitory activity on H22 tumor growth. It can significantly increase the comparative weight of immune organs, improve the phagocytic function of macrophages, and enhance amount of small intestine Payer's patches, intestinal CD3 and sIgA in H22-bearing mice. Conclusion: Sonid Bactrian camel fresh milk can inhibit the H22 tumor growth and enhance both the specific and non-specific immune functions in H22-bearing mice.
