Abstract: Inthispaper,theantioxidantactiv itiesoffourplantswerestudied.Thefourplantsshowedstrongantioxid ant activities regardless of powder siz esion the extracts of EtOAC.They als o displayed certain synergetic effe cts with BHA andVE.Inlard withFe 3+ ,they exhibitedstrong antioxidant activities as well.
