Abstract: The article summarized the research advances on acrylamide in environment around us, introduced in the abstractsome of the regulations for acrylamide in drinking water and air worked out by WHO,EU, IARC, EPA,FDA, and Chinesegovernment, reviewed de-velopment of investigating acrylamide in food since the last two decade of twenty century.
