Abstract: The detection limits for CaMV35S promoters and NOS terminators were of 15 copies and 150 copies respectively in thePCR test of plasmids with fragments of CaMV35S promoters and NOS terminator. Special bands in electrophoresis gel were detectedin 2 pairs of primers for CaMV35S promoters, 2 pairs of primers for NOS terminator and one pair of primer for EPSPS, and thesequences of the PCR products were correct. The results indicated that there were GMO elements in the sample of soy isoflavone.
