Research Progress of Nutrition and Biological Functions of PUFA

Abstract: The kinds of polyunsaturated fatty acid including n-6 and n-3 fatty acids, nature resources, nutrition and biologicalfunctions are summarized. The balance intake n-6 and n-3 PUFA is important for keep health but not absolute amounts of PUFA.
