A Study on Settling of Chitosan Supported by Bentoite for Nature Vinegar

Abstract: With the chitosan as raw material, we make a agent that can deal nature vinegar. The agent can remove the muddything and the precipitation of nature vinegar, and produce a good nature vinegar that is amber and transparent. The agent doesnot have the poisonous side-effect, and does not pollute the environment.
