Study on the New Extraction Methods of the Flavonoids in Lithocarpus Polysachyus Rehd

Abstract: In this paper the technics about water elute and anhychous alcohol regurgitant methods to distill total flavonoidcompound in Lithocarpus polysachyus rehd were studied. The optimal technics by orthogonal experiment design were applied.Results indicated: the optimal technics was A2B3C2, i.e. , 25 times quantity of the 80% alcohol cinculating 2h.
