Matrix Solid-phase Dispersion and High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Trace Isoprocarb and Deltamethrin in Food

Abstract: A simple and reliable method for the determination of trace isoprocarb and deltamethrin in food by matrix solid-phasedispersion (MSPD) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was presented .The MSPD-HPLC technigue for theassay of trace isoprocarb and deltamethrin in food was discussed and the conditions of quantitative analysis investigated in detail.
