Abstract: The methods of extraction, direct acidolysis and to recycle fatty acid following extracting from the solid phase of teao il ureac lathratea ndf laxo ilu reac lathrate weres tudied.T het hreer ecycling methods werec ompared.A ccording tot hed ifference of the acid concentraction and the temperatures, the experiment results of the recycling rate acid value and iodine value were analysed. With the chromatographic method, through the analysis of the fatty acid ingredient before urea clathrate. After urea clathrate and in the solid phase of urea clathrate, the purity of saturated fatty acid and un-saturate fatty acid in the solid phase urea clathrate increased greatly. The oleic acid content in the tea oil increased from 66.99% to 70.96%. While the oleic acid content in the flax oil increased from 15.35% to 31.75%. The experiments showed that the fatty acid after urea clathrate was not easy tod evelop oxidation.
