The Review on Analytical Detection Methods for Irradiated Foods

Abstract: The article reviewed the research advances on detection techniques for irradiated foods and detection methods such as chemical method, electron spin resonance (ESR) and thermoluminescence (TL) was discussed. Some suggestions on the development of detection methods for irradiated foods in future were envisaged.
