The Advance Extraction before Supercritical CO2 Crystallizing Andrographolide:Modeling with RSM

Abstract: GBE as experimental material, with the advance extraction technology to decrease the influence of impurity on the latter supercritical carbon dioxide extracting and crystallizing andrographolide, in order to improve the quality of andrographolide and work efficiency was studied. The model of extraction ratio about the ratio of liquid to solid material, extraction temperature and extraction time with response surface methodology(RSM) was established. The results showed that the relative error of actual value to predicted value is 3.18%.
