Bacterial Detection Methods in Foods

Abstract: In order to santisfy the needs of rapid and exact bacterial detection methods in foods, new methods and techniques, including rapid biology and chemical detection method, immunology technique, metabology technique, biosensor technique, flow cytometer (FCM) technique, PCR technique, gene probe technique and biochip technique are introduced, and effect significance of these techniques on food bacterial security are reviewed in this paper.
