Abstract: 52 fungi strains were isolated from different rhizospheric soil samples, among which a strain xj to inhibit the growth of Agrobacterium tumefaciens T-37 was identified as Aspergilluse niger after being screened by agar column method and selected by liquid fermentation. The fermentation conditions for the Aspergilluse niger xj strain were optimized as follows: 2 % fructose, 3% beef extract as liquid ferment medium, 10% volume of substrate, initial pH6.0, 25℃,and 140r/min, for 5 days, while the inhibiting zones diameter was up to 35.28±0.32mm.
