Separation,Identification and Determination of Dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine by HPLC-TLC/HPLC-MS

Abstract

Abstract: The analytical method of dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine was studied in this paper.The phosphatidylcholine was separated out from phospholipid by HPLC.The dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine was futher separated out from the phosphati-dylcholine by another HPLC system.Qualitative analysis of dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine was completed with the aid of standard sample and MS(mass spectrum).Finally quantitative analysis of dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine was completed with the aid of standard sample.It was known by tests of method reclamation and precision that the method is accurate,reliable,and handy in the analysis of dilinoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine from phospholipid or phosphatidyl-choline.
