Abstract: Matrix solid phase dispersion was used to treat three phenolic environmental estrogens in sample(Florisil used as dispersant, hexane used as degreaser, and dichloromethane used as eluent for the target compounds). These phenolic compounds were determined with high performance liquid chromatography. A Diamonsil C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) was used for separation. Mobile phase were composed of acetonitrile, methanol and water(the ratio of volume was 20:43:37 and pH was regulated to 5.0 with formic acid). Bisphenol A,stilbestrol and dienestrol show good linearity in the concentration range of 0.0005 to 0.1 mg/ml,and the detection limits are 0.05,0.1,0.05μg/g respectively(S/N=3). This method has high precision and accuracy with recovery over 80% and relative standard deviations lower than 4.5%.
