Abstract: In this study, the biocontorl efficacies for postharvest diseases of grapes and growth adaptabilities on the grapes surface were contrasted among 5 strains of antagonism yeasts. Results showed that Candida guilliermondi and Ctyptocccus laurentii can effectively inhibit postharvest diseases of grapes. Candida guilliermondi is the optimum antagonism yeast to produce biocontrol preparation.
