HPLC Analysis of Sodium L-Ascorbic acid-2-phosphate

Abstract: As a new type food additive, sodium L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate (APS) was synthesized by group protection method with vitamin C and POCl3 in this study, and the quantitative analysis of APS by HPLC was carried out.
