Abstract: An HPLC method was proposed to simultaneously determine seven organic acids in seabuckthorn juice. The organic acids were separated on a reversed-phase Sepax C18 column (the column temperature was set as 30 ℃) using 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 (pH 2.70, adjusted with 20% phosphoric acid solution) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min and detected at 210 nm. The results indicated that seven organic acids were separated well, all their correlation coefficients (R) were larger than 0.9925, and their recovery rates were in the range of 93.7%-103.2%, and with relative standard deviations (RSD) lower than 4.0%.
