Determination of Chloramphenicol in Royal Jelly by HPLC-MS-MS through Liquid-liquid Extraction

Abstract: In this study,a convenient liquid-liquid extraction method for sample preparation was introduced,which can enrich and purify chloramphenicol in royal jelly to a similar level compared to sample treated by solid phase extraction(SPE).This method showed no interference on the determination of chloramphenicol,and it greatly reduced the cost of sample preparation.
