Construction of Expressing Vector pG-Lfn of Antimicrobial Peptide Lactoferricin

Abstract: Lactoferricin is a kind of natural antibacterial peptide. In this study, the gene of Lactoferricin was synthesized with PCR, and was linked with the plasmid of pGEX-6p-1, then transformed into E.coli JM-109. The identifications of PCR, enzymical degestion and sequencing were carried out, and the expressing vector of pG-Lfn was successfully constructed.
