Review on Nutritional Functions of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Its Regulation of Gene Expressions

Abstract:  Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) is a kind of important nutriments which are the important cell membrane components and have important physiological functions. So the research and application of PUFA have been studied more and more. This article dissertated the nutritional functions of PUFA and the mechanism of PUFA regulating the expressions of gene.
