Progress of Study on Antihyperlipidaemia of Fungi with both Food and Medicine Function

Abstract: In this paper the hyperlipidaemia and its dangers were discussed.The progress of study on antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine was summarized.The present situation of research and application of antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine were analyzed,and its prospect was discussed as well.The study on antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine has got much progress,but some problems remain to be solved.
