Purification, Preliminary Component Analysis and Structure Identification of Fungi Polysaccharides

Abstract: The polysaccharides of fungi were studies in this paper. The two kinds of EPS were obtained by Sephadex G75. Then the components of these EPS were considered by thin-layer chromatography, and they were xylose, mannose, glucose and rhamnose. Finally, the structures of polysaccharides were analyzed preliminarily by infra-red spectrum.
