Applications of Modern Laser Technology in Processing of Food and Agricultural Products

Abstract: The applications of modern laser technology in processing of food and agricultural products were summarized in this paper,including the applications of laser technology in brewing food,mutagensis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The detection and monitoring of food and agricultural products and food packaging and the application of laser cutting technology in processing of food and agricultural products.
