雪峰蜜桔果皮精油组分与CO2超临界萃取工艺条件的相关性研究

Relation Research on Components from Peel Essential Oil of Xuefeng Honeyorange and Technical Condition of Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction

摘要: 选择萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度分别为20MPa、1h、30℃;30MPa、1h、30℃;30MPa、1h、40℃三组工艺条件,用CO2超临界萃取法(SFE)提取蜜桔果皮精油,将精油和色素进行分离后,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对精油成分进行分析。结果表明,采用20MPa、1h、30℃条件提取的精油样品鉴定出22种化学成分,采用30MPa、1.5h、30℃;30MPa、1h、40℃条件提取的样品均鉴定出21种化学成分;同时,精油的化学成分与CO2超临界萃取法的提取条件具有相关性,提高萃取温度可以大大提高精油中β-蒎烯和橙花醇的含量,提高萃取压力可以提高精油中白菖油萜的含量。

Abstract: The peel essential oil of Xuefeng honeyorange were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction at different extract pressure,extract time and extract temperature(20 MPa,1 h,30 ℃;30 MPa,1.5 h,30 ℃;30 MPa,1 h,40 ℃).The components of essential oil were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrography after the essential oil and pigment were separated.Result from this experiment showed that 22 kinds of components of the sample were identified at 20 MPa,1 h,30 ℃,and 21 kinds of components of the sample were identified at 30 MPa,1.5 h,30 ℃ and 30 MPa,1h,40 ℃.The study confirmed chemical components of the essential oil and extraction condition have the relevance.For example,the contents of beta-pinene and nerol of the essential oil were increased while temperature were elevated,and the contents of the calarene of the essential oil were increased while pressure were elevated.
